Refund Policy

Due to the personal nature of waist trainers, we have a strict no-return policy to ensure hygiene and product integrity.

Exceptions:

Sealed and Unused: Returns are only accepted if the waist trainer is returned in its original, completely sealed, and unused condition. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all original packaging and tags intact. Any signs of use, wear, or damage will void the return.

Conditions for Non-Return:

Returns will NOT be accepted under the following conditions:

The product has been opened or the seal is broken.
The product has been used, worn, or tried on.
The product is damaged or shows signs of wear and tear.
The product is not returned in its original packaging.
The product has been altered in any way.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Return Process for Eligible Items:
